Payment

Paypal is the preferred method of payment but we will accept checks, money orders, or cash (local only) as other forms of payment. Please allow 10 days for clearing if paying by check. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is made and check has been cleared.

Shipping

Local purchases can arrange pick-up or pay shipping, handling, and insurance cost. Out of state orders, please include shipping, handling, and insurance cost. 

If placing a custom order, please allow one week if your order is a local pick-up and two weeks if local or out-of-state shipping is required. If you need your order sooner, please do not hesitate to ask. We are here to serve you!

All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail unless otherwise noted. All shipments generally arrive within 2-5 business days from date of shipping.

We can ship via UPS ground at your request.

Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us and is vital to our success! If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us and give us the opportunity to resolve.

Because of the nature of our customized business, many items we provide are not stored in a warehouse and we have secured them for your purchase specifically. If you have something specific in mind that you want, we ask that you please give us that information (ie: brand name, color, item, etc.) when placing an order.

We strongly encourage you to purchase insurance when placing an order. We will gladly refund or replace your item if insurance was purchased with your order. Refunds do not include shipping cost. If requesting a replacement for a broken item, please return the item to us and we will ship out a replacement upon receipt of the broken item.
